This section of my portfolio provides samples of my work from the last 3 organizations. I have been responsible for leading the UX for companies with over 1 Billion a year in revenue with millions of active users. Throughout my career, I have maintained an individual contributor role on my teams as a designer and as a researcher. I feel that to be an effective leader I need to use the methods, process and tools that I establish for my teams.

FICO provides fraud, Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance products to protect businesses.
Portfolio of over 10 products including FalconX, Decision Modeler, Analytics Workbench and Optimization suite.The UX for the legacy products was a mixture of different technologies - some outdated - that required an extensive information architecture process to document all of the features.

McAfee Security provides Anti-Virus and device security for the consumer market.
Portfolio of PC, Mac, Android and IOS products designed to protect against security threats, protect privacy and improve the performance of mobile devices. In addition, the business model of trial to pay (via pre-installed OEM software) required the UX to easily provide visibility to the value of the solution within 30 days.
