McAfee Security provides Anti-Virus and device security for the consumer market. The products come pre-loaded (OEM), from Andorid and Apple app stores, online via the McAfee store and in retail locations such as Costo, Fry’s and Staples.

Portfolio of PC, Mac, Android and IOS products designed to protect against security threats, protect privacy and improve the performance of laptops, tablets, mobile and IOT devices.

Key UX Strategy: cross device experience for customers to protect all of their devices and monitor the status of the health of those devices.
Key pain points: protecting more than one device, moving from trial to paid account, showing value on mobile and IOT.
